Default Space saver for the Spark

Does anybody know what space saver wheel will fit the Spark?.
I know space savers are awful but I just don't feel happy nt having a spare tyre in the boot so maybe one from another car will do the job.

I saw that one of the accessories advertised on the Chevrolet website is a spare wheel without tyre with a jack and brace kit although the UK main dealers seem not to be able to order this as it is unavailable.

I found an EU website (Oponeo) selling steel wheels that are the correct spark fitting for 37 delivered to the UK delivered from Germany. I orderd one and it arrived within 2 days.
I put a budget tyre on and it fit perfectly in the wheel well in the boot and is the same rolling diameter as the standard 15inch alloys.

For reference here are the spark steel wheel specs.

Size 4.5J x 13
Stud spacing 4 x 100
centre hole 56.6
ET Offset 45.0

Required tyre size

155/80 R13 79 T.
