Default Central lock acting up

Hi everyone,

I have a 2013 spark with 1500 km on it, and have recently noticed strange quirk with central lock. Namely, if the passenger door are opened when you use base key to lock the car, all doors but the passenger side door lock properly. Until my wife noticed it, it caused me to leave the car unlocked numerous times. As it is under warranty, I took it to a local Chevy dealership, where the dudes assured me it was perfectly normal central lock behaviour on a spark.
Anyway, I'm not so convinced, but they had no sparks in the dealership to check it against.
Would somebody, with a base key, check how spark's central lock behaves with regards to passenger side door. I thought about stopping someone random on road with a spark, but they may frown upon it and call the cops on me.
