Default Strange Fluid on Exterior, on Engine Comp

Hello, First time poster. I'm not much of a mechanic but noticed a strange pinkish, viscus fluid on the outside of my front wheel well. There was also a somewhat sticky fluid under the hood.

I have an appointment at the dealer this weekend, but wanted to know if anyone had any ideas.

If its pink it might be Antifreeze from expansion bottle ,it just vents into engine bay. On mine I fitted hose to run down and drain under the car.
