Thumbs down Blown Head Gasket

hey guys, im all the way out in South Africa, iv had my chev spark m300 for 2 years now, its been featured in a lot of magazines and has been on tv a few times, its the only one in the country that's been modified.

Cut cams
Gas flowed head
Ported and polished
Head skimmed for compression
Custom Step Down Exhaust and branch
Cold Air Induction
Software Flash

The car ran well, doing 69kw on the wheels. but alas the head gasket has blown due to a cracked water bottle, and GM never put a heat gauge in the car, only a low water light, which came on when i blew the head gasket 9iusless design) , so now im in urgent need of a service manual for torque settings and a disassembly method for the cylinder head. thanks in advance guys.
